– BOTANICAL GARDEN TOUR Tour focusing on the Botanical Garden Collections with references to the various areas of Botany, the history of the Botanical Garden of Rome and Villa Corsini, and the functions and strategies of the Botanical Garden
– THE ULTRACENTENNIAL TREES Trail on the ultracentennial trees of the Botanical Garden
– MEDICINAL PLANTS Route to the “Garden of Simples” with insights into medicinal plants
– ENDANGERED SPECIES (IUCN, CITES) Pathway on endangered species listed on the IUCNe Red List in the Appendices of CITES
– THE DYEING PLANTS Pathway on plant species important for making natural dyes

-THE 5 SENSES We experience the colors, smells and tactile characteristics of plants and make drawings (ages: 4-10)
-EXPLORATIONS Let’s explore the Botanical Garden, collect plant material and observe it in the lab (ages 4-10)
-LET’S BUILD A HERBARIUM We learn the rules of botanical nomenclature and make a herbarium specimen (ages: 4-18)
-WE OBSERVE THE LEAF We observe the shapes and colors of leaves in the field and in the lab (stereomicroscope and light microscope (ages: 6-18)
-WE OBSERVE THE FLOWER We observe flowers in the field and in the lab with the stereomicroscope (ages: 6-18)
-WE OBSERVE THE TREES We observe trees in the field (roots, stem, branches and leaves) and then draw their architecture (ages: 6-13)
-PLANT ADAPTATIONS TO THE ENVIRONMENT We observe the adaptations of plant organisms to the environment (ages: 10-18)
-PIGMENTS We observe the colors of leaves, flowers and fruits (ages: 6-18)
-WHAT PLANT IS IT? We learn to use analytical keys to determine plant species (ages: 6-18)
